From a young age, I always wanted to be many different things when I grow up. I used to want to be a teacher, a nurse, a cook, a writer, a designer, a dog groomer, you name it. When I was nine years old, I made one of those things come true by starting my own dog washing company in my neighborhood. I did that for about eight years. During that time, I was going to school. There I gained a love for a couple of other things. When I hit Junior High, I realized that I loved doing people’s hair. I started doing my friend’s hair and nails for school dances and just for fun. Eventually, this led to me having a career in the hair industry. Throughout school, I always had another passion as well. I took many classes throughout Junior High and Highschool that had to do with computers. Especially the graphics side of it. I have now decided that I would like to be a Graphic Designer when I grow up. So, I have gone back to school to pursue this.

Favorite Holiday…
My favorite Holiday is Halloween. I love that Halloween is a holiday where I can dress up and be whoever I want to be. I work at a job where we dress up for the whole week of Halloween. My costumes always put a smile on people’s faces. I always used to enjoy going out to get candy each year for Halloween. Now I race home after work on Halloween day to make sure I can be there to pass out candy to the kids. I enjoy the opportunity to make both my customers at work and the trick-or-treaters that come to my house happy each year.
If I Could Change the World…
If I could change one thing about the world, I would make it so that money was distributed evenly to everyone in the world. If money were the same for everyone in the world, then we would not have to have people starving, dealing with poverty, or being homeless. Everyone would be equal. We would all be able to work together and prosper together. If only money wasn’t such a barrier to what you can and can’t have, then we could all be equal. I wish we could all love each other for who we are, not what we have.
